– Physical inspection: If the packaging has visible damage (dents, holes, signs of impact), this must be noted on the delivery receipt before accepting the goods.
– Hidden damages: If a defect is discovered after accepting the goods, the customer must contact customer support within 24 hours.
2. Returns and Exchanges
– Returns are accepted within 48 hours after receiving the goods.
– Undamaged products are subject to a 30% restocking fee upon return.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return transportation costs.
– Products must be returned in their original packaging, with no signs of use or wear.
– Upon receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them and reserve the right to partially or fully reject the return if the item shows signs of use or damage.
